Charles J. Greene

Mr. Charles J. Greene, 68, of 135 North Loop, Steamburg, New York died unexpectedly Saturday afternoon, September 6, 2014 at his home.

Born July 2, 1946 in Erie, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Adam and Delma Jimerson Greene.

Mr. Greene was employed as a Project Manager for the Seneca Construction Management Corporation.

He was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and the Deer Clan.

He was a life member of the Coldspring Volunteer Fire Department. He was also a member of the F&AM Lodge #359, Randolph, New York, the Carpenters Union Local #276, Cheektowaga, New York, the H.O.G.. He was a former member of the AIRVFD. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also loved to ride his Harley.

Surviving are: 1 son, David (Destiny Williams) Greene, Salamanca, NY; 2 daughters, Carlee (Jesse Bomberry) Greene, Steamburg, NY, Tande Greene, Steamburg, NY; and their mother, Connie Greene; 3 grandchildren, Chayton Greene, Salamanca, NY, Adeline Bomberry, Everlett Bomberry, both of Steamburg, NY; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Judith Greene.

Friends may call at the family home, 135 North Loop, Steamburg, NY, at 2 p.m. Tuesday and all day Wednesday.

The F&AM Randolph Lodge #359 will hold a Masonic Service Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. at the family home.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the God’s Missionary Church, Old Route 17, Jimersontown with Rev. Marvin Abrams, pastor of Jimersontown Presbyterian Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Heights Cemetery, Jimersontown, New York.
