Donna M. Brahaney

Donna M. Brahaney, 70, of Limestone, NY died Friday, December 26, 2025 at Olean General Hospital following a long illness.

Born July 10, 1955 in Salamanca, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Marie Fluent Brahaney.

She was a graduate of Pioneer Central High School, Class of 1973.

Donna had been employed as a secretary at the former Weast Agency in Salamanca for over 15 years, and had previously worked for Seneca Construction.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially playing “Trouble” and “Pick-up Stix” with her grandson. She also enjoyed photography and loved animals, especially dogs. She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.

Surviving are: a daughter, Nicole (Chad) Ackley, Bradford PA; a grandson, Sebastian Ackley, Bradford, PA; a brother, Patrick Brahaney, TX; 2 nephews, John (Donna) Brahaney, PA and Darrin (Maribell) Brahaney, WY.

She was predeceased by two brothers: John Brahaney and Bob Brahaney

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family and will be announced.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River St. Salamanca, NY.
