Bonnie Tyger

Bonnie K. Tyger, age 56, of Rt. 417, Killbuck, New York died Sunday morning, May 22, 2011 at her home following a long illness.

Born on December 18, 1954 in Bradford, Pa. she was the daughter of the late Max and Harriet Wagner Tyger Sr.

Bonnie was a cook at Cloud & Company in Salamanca, New York prior to her illness.

She was a member of the House of Prayer Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. She was also a member of the Holy Cross Club, the American Legion in Ellicottville, New York, a Golden member of the Salamanca Senior Citizens, and she enjoyed bowling.

Surviving are: 2 daughters, Alicia Tyger, Salamanca, New York, Brenda Woodcock, Salamanca, New York; a son, Anthony Tyger, Logan, Utah; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Darlene Mohr, Killbuck, New York, Marlene (Francis) Woodin, Salamanca, New York, Susan (Francis) Watkins, Ocala, Florida; 2 brothers, Richard (Linda) Tyger, Bradford, PA., Dennis (Donna) Tyger, Jamestown, New York; several nieces and nephews, a special companion, Bruce Kenyon, Great Valley, New York.

She was predeceased by twin sons, David and Dana Tyger, 2 brothers, Max Tyger Jr. and Robert Tyger Sr.

Memorial visitation will be held on Friday from 10- 11 A.M. in the House of Prayer Church followed a memorial service at 11 A.M. with Rev. Robert Goode, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Willowdale Cemetery, Bradford, PA

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York.
