Dennis R. Finch

Mr. Dennis R. Finch, age 55, of Killbuck, New York died Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Olean General Hospital, Olean, New York following a brief illness.

Born on February 6, 1956 in Oswego, New York he was the son of the late Claude Finch and Dorothy Geiger Finch. He was married in 1995 to the former Lori Fuller who survives.

Mr. Finch was employed as the head of the electrical maintenance for Henkel in Olean, New York for over 30 years prior to his retirement.

Surviving besides his wife are: a brother, Richard Finch, Chocowinity, North Carolina; 3 nieces, Kristin Fuller, Killbuck, New York, Taylor Fuller, Killbuck, New York, Denise Finch, Clayton, North Carolina; 3 nephews, James Fuller, Salamanca, New York, Matthew Fuller, Killbuck, New York, Richie Finch, Chocowinity, North Carolina.

Friends may call at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10 A.M. with Rev. Patrick Melfi, pastor of Our Lady of Peace Parish, officiating.

Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Salamanca, New York.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
